Stem Cell Stocks 6/27/09: The Past Two Weeks

Because of the stagnant nature in which the stem cell stocks have been performing the last few months, I've decide to adjust my posting intervals to every two weeks. Once again, select names have been performing steadily, but overall nothing special has occurred in the sector.

- Advanced Cell Technology (ACT.OB) = Up 51%; There's been no real news, but the stock's been on a technical tear. If it breaks out of the 25-30 cent range, it could double.

Worst Stem Cell Stock Performer(s) the Last Two Weeks:

-ThermoGenesis Corp. (KOOL) = Down -15%; After a 50% spike up a few weeks ago, this stock has come crashing back down to earth. It looks like it needs news to move higher.

- M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activity will be key. I can't believe that there hasn't been any activity yet, but I think it will happen as the economy improves.
